Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your ELKLU purchase. If you’re not, here’s how to make it right.

30-Day Return Window

You may return any unworn, unwashed item in original condition with tags within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method.

How to Return

  1. Email returns@elklu.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will reply within 24 hours with a Return Authorization (RA) and instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it back using the carrier of your choice.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the return (typically 3–5 business days), we’ll process your refund.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of inspection.

Return Shipping

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective, damaged, or shipped incorrectly. We recommend tracked shipping; we are not responsible for items lost in return transit.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale items (clearly marked at purchase)
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Gift cards

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will send a replacement or full refund at our cost — no return required for most cases.

Exchanges

We don’t process direct exchanges. Please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired size/style.

Refund Timing

  • Credit cards: 5–10 business days after we approve the return
  • PayPal: 1–3 business days after we approve the return
