Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders are processed quickly. We can usually make changes within 1 hour of order placement. Email support@elklu.com as soon as possible. Once shipped, we cannot modify the order.

Do you ship internationally?

What’s your return policy?
30 days from delivery, item must be unworn with tags. Full details in our Refund Policy.

The customer, unless the item was defective or our error. We do not provide prepaid return labels for standard returns.
