We typically reply to emails within 24 business hours. For order-related issues, please include your order number in the first message — it saves us a back-and-forth.

Please email support@elklu.com before sending any returns — we’ll provide a Return Authorization (RA) and confirm the exact return address (it can differ for low-value items where we waive the return entirely).

Returns & refunds

For order issues, please review our Refund Policy first — it covers most questions. If you still need help after reading, email us with your order number.

For items under USD $50, we typically issue refunds without requiring a physical return — return shipping often costs more than the item. We’ll confirm whether a return is needed when we reply.

Shipping & tracking

All orders ship from our Hong Kong warehouse within 1-2 business days. Standard delivery to the U.S. takes 5-12 business days; tracking emails go out as soon as the carrier scans the parcel.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the contiguous United States only (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories). We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.

How long is your reply window?
24 business hours, Hong Kong time (GMT+8). Faster for orders that have already shipped — those usually get same-day replies.

Do you offer wholesale pricing?
For orders of 50+ units of the same product, yes. Email support@elklu.com with the product link and quantity needed.

Where do you make your products?
We curate from manufacturers across Hong Kong, mainland China, Taiwan, and Vietnam. Every product is tested and approved by our Hong Kong team before listing. Read more in our About page.
