Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships. International shipments may take 24–48 hours for tracking to update after dispatch.
Customs & Duties

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your package is marked delivered but missing: check with neighbors and mailroom, wait 48 hours, then contact us at support@elklu.com. For damaged items, please email a photo within 7 days of delivery.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot change addresses once an order ships. Re-shipping due to incorrect addresses is at customer cost.
